The suit is filed on behalf of an MSU employee who has fully recovered from COVID-19 and as such as better immunity from the virus than those who have not hard the virus but are vaccinated.

MSU's policy is to require vaccinations of all employees, proving that the policy has nothing to do with public health and everything to do with destroying the people's right to bodily autonomy.

Critically, the entire legal basis for mandating the public take a drug (which is what vaccines are) is that it is the only way to prevent transmission of an illness.
