The Rescue Michigan Coalition is coordinating with conservative leadership organizations across the state to ensure we have poll workers staffing polling places across Michigan to ensure the law is properly followed.

In 2020, hundreds of poll challengers were illegally impeded, signatures were illegally presumed to be valid, and many precincts had no Republican staff at all.

By law, election officials are required to staff polling places with an equal number of Democrat and Republican poll workers – because elections are an adversarial process and either side must be present to ensure the other is obeying the law. Yet in November 2020, the city of Detroit had 5,486 election officials and only 170 were Republicans.
