Marihuana: licenses; payment method for purchases of marihuana and marihuana-related services; require licensees to follow, and require licensees to report certain financial information. Amends secs. 3, 8 & 14 of 2018 IL 1 (MCL 333.27953 et seq.) & adds secs. 9b, 9c, 9d, 9e & 9f.
